..I swear. Nikki and I arrived in UP at around 11:30am, just in time for the start of the oblation run. I did not feel excited about it, not like other people. I just want to experience the real oblation run. Haha. It was my first time and I strongly agree with Marie, kakatrauma siya! Sobra. There were so many people around. When the “naked guys” arrived, everybody was so thrilled that almost everyone was pushing one another. Hindi ako natuwa. Ang lagkit kaya ng mga tao. Hahaha. O well, at least I experienced being one of the “viewers”. Haha.
Lantern Parade: amazing.
We waited for five long hours just to be able to watch the lantern parade. Unfortunately, vice chancellor postponed the event. A few lanterns were only paraded. But still, I enjoyed watching them. Most of them were really amazing. It just shows how creative UP students are. Ganda.
Miss Engineering: fun.
At around 6pm, we went to UP Film to watch the most awaited event of the Engineering week, Miss Engineering. It was soo fun watching it. The pageant turned real guys into girls for one night. Most of the contestants acted like reeaall girls, mas babae pa samin! Hahaha. Benta talaga! Sayang lang, we were not able to finish the event. We went home at 1am, swimsuit portion pa lang ata nun.
